Services Delivered

  • Strategize with the Director of Meetings & Education by supporting the NAPA Annual Meeting logistics planning and execution of (3) annual conferences, technical conferences, and webinars from the planning stage to the onsite experience driving the association’s sustained growth.
  • Assist in providing strategies and support to foster long-lasting relationships with corporate sponsors in developing a year-round plan crafted to drive annual revenue through mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage conference operations onsite serving as point of contact for meeting / event logistics. Responsibilities including registration, housing, signage, transportation, off-site events, speaker coordination, vendor management, room set-ups, sponsor activation, and staff coordination.

About National Asphalt Pavement Association | NAPA

The National Asphalt Pavement Association is the only trade association that exclusively represents the interests of the asphalt pavement material producer and paving contractor on the national level with Congress, government agencies, and other national trade and business organizations. NAPA supports an active research program designed to answer questions about environmental issues and to improve the quality of asphalt pavements and paving techniques used in the construction of roads, streets, highways, parking lots, airports, and environmental and recreational facilities. The Association provides technical, educational, and marketing materials and information to its members, and supplies technical information to users and specifiers of paving materials.
