Event Summary
Through the American Urological Association Annual Meeting and other year-round educational offerings the AUA sets the highest standards for urological education. The Annual Meeting is the largest gathering of urologists in the world, providing unparalleled access to groundbreaking research, new guidelines and the latest advance in urological medicine.
Services Delivered
- Developed and executed a detailed plan for delivering small- and large-scale events, including hosting, speaker coordination, networking facilitation, venue sourcing, and attendee management, internal kickoff, production timeline, staffing, run-of-show, logistics, and engagement experiences.
- Support the American Urological Association Education Team regarding program content and speaker management for all meeting, including international meetings
- Collaborated with American Urological Association Marketing Team on promotion of events, website content, attendee emails and marketing tasks.
- Work with Governance Team and various committees as they relate to event curation and implementation.
