Smiths Detection participated as a GSX exhibitor, a customer facing event with the largest international association for security management professionals. Delivered and presented the highest quality in brand, messaging, product, and services in the most cost-efficient manner.
Services Delivered
- Delivered the organization’s presence by managing venues leveraging assets, securing demonstration equipment, and worked as the primary interface with exhibit vendors, sponsorship organizations and logistical service providers.
- Managed all pre-show arrangements including registration, sponsorship content and deliverables, conference room booking, invitation process, meeting schedule plans, selected and organized booth content shipment, requested booth services, rentals, display labor, booth set-up/tear down, onsite support. Ensured Smiths Detection branding elements were correctly implemented throughout the exhibit content.
- Planned and executed 65 annual events special events such as executive offsite meetings/events, customer receptions, seminars – invitations process, logistic planning, collateral, and promotional items.
- Booth design and setup, lead generation strategies, attendee engagement activities, and travel and accommodation coordination
