- Delivered on the long-range vision for C-suite B2B networking events taking the lead on event operations – contract negotiation, budget management, pre-event and onsite logistics, post-event reconciliation and closeout.
- Managed contract hotel sleeping room block for (2) NIC annual conferences requiring 5,000+ total room nights each.
- Owner of and led key corporate partnerships, from both a new business and account management perspective. Managed the administrative component of a sale from lead/renewal to invoicing. Negotiated and maintained long term corporate partnerships resulting in $3.1MM in sponsorship revenue.
